The 40-Day Meditation Journey begins on March 15


Each day we will practice together with:

• Pranayama
• Meditation

Just 30 minutes each day
with Sundays option to sit longer


We begin just a few days before the New Moon,  a wonderful time to plant seeds of intention.

Forty days has often been used in various cultures and religions throughout time as a period for undergoing trials, purification, and renewal. It has also been shown that establishing a daily meditation practice can offer numerous benefits that can enhance your overall well-being and quality of life.

Join us in 2026, our third year of this offering, and take on this 40 Day Challenge with creating an intention and making a commitment to begin each day with conscious breath, centering, and turning inward.

You will have the option to join the morning meditations live with me each morning at 6am pdt via zoom or use the video replay each day at the time that works for you. Each day you will be guided through a breathing and meditation practice that will quiet your mind and calm your heart. Beyond the surface of relaxation, this 40-day journey is an opportunity for spiritual growth. Uncover profound insights, connect with your intuition, and witness the transformation that arises from a dedicated spiritual practice.

In this workshop, you will learn some of the practices that I have been doing nearly everyday for over 3 decades. These practices will be what we will be doing each day in the 40 day meditation. They are appropriate for all levels.

Come to this workshop to increase energy, and refine and deepen your knowledge of the inward journey. This is the TriYoga method of meditation. It includes the practices of:

Pranayama - Breath Work
Dharana - Focused Awareness
​Dhyana - Meditation

Learn how to access the beautiful energy that flows
through us and is the force behind everything.

​In addition to the amazing postures and flows that we teach in TriYoga for strength, flexibility, balance, and more for the physical body, Prana Vidya brings us deeper into the subtle realm of yoga teachings and the subtle energy that flows within while also improving our physical health.
