Deepening into TriYoga Basics / Level 1 An Integrative Journey into Flow, Breath, and Living Yoga
This in-person course is designed for students who have completed Intro to TriYoga Basics, as well as those with prior yoga experience who feel ready to deepen their practice beyond a single weekly class.
Over ten weeks, you’ll continue building on the foundations of TriYoga Basics while being introduced to elements of TriYoga Level 1, including postures, flowing sequences, pranayama, concentration, and meditation. The emphasis is on integration ~ allowing movement, breath, and awareness to come together in a way that feels steady, supportive, and nourishing.
An Integrated, Inwardly Deepening Practice As the course unfolds, practices become more continuous and meditative, supporting strength, flexibility, and healthy joints while cultivating ease and inner calm. Level 1 practices are introduced progressively, with thoughtful use of props and modifications, so you can move with confidence and care.
Living Yoga in Daily Life Each week includes a simple, accessible exploration of one of the Yamas or Niyamas, the first two limbs of the eightfold path of yoga as presented in the Yoga Sutras. These teachings are offered as practical reflections—supporting clarity, balance, and kindness in everyday life—rather than abstract philosophy.
