Who Is This Course For? This course is open to all levels but is best suited for participants who are moderately active and mobile. You should be able to comfortably get up and down off the floor and be okay with being on hands and knees. A variety of yoga props are offered and I show how to use them. This is not a class for those who are frail or significantly limited in their movements. Instead, it's an invitation for those ready to invest in their well-being and take meaningful steps to cultivate a yoga practice toward a healthier, more vibrant future.
