In my experience as a yoga therapist, yoga teacher, and practitioner, TriYoga® has proven to be very effective in supporting the challenges of the changing body and mind, through all of life's cycles. I believe that yoga improves your life no matter what brings you in the door.

TriYoga® Classes

TriYoga is a complete hatha yoga method and is the union of posture,  breath, and focus or asana, pranayama, and mudra. You can start with and stay with Basics. or progress to subsequent levels. Learn a proven method of yoga that is safe and effective bringing health, happiness and inner peace.

Private Sessions

I work with you to discover the practice that best supports you and meets your individual needs. The private session is an opportunity to understand correct alignment, transitions between postures, breath, and meditation practices. Specific conditions can also be addressed in the private session.

To support you in your home practice and between live online or in-person sessions, enjoy the ever expanding library of practices from beginning to advanced levels.

Private yoga sessions with Kashi have really helped me to get the postures correct so that I received the full benefit of this excellent yoga practice.
