TriYoga Basics Immersion: Completing the Year in Flow6-Week Series
As the year comes to a close, this special 6-week immersion offers time to pause, reflect, and realign. Through TriYoga’s gentle yet powerful system of movement, breath, and meditation, you’ll reconnect to the inner rhythm that restores balance and ease.
Each class invites you to release the tension and busyness of the year and return to your natural state of flow ~ calm, steady, and vibrant.
Your body is designed to move with grace, your breath to guide awareness, your mind to rest in stillness.
Alongside your practice, you’ll receive guided journaling reflections to:
• Look back on the year with clarity and gratitude • Recognize what you’re ready to release • Clarify intentions and call in what you wish to cultivate in the new year
This is a beautiful way to complete your year ~ grounded, peaceful, and in tune with your true flow.

The Water Series (1 & 2) ~ Free The Spine Introducing the spinal wave movements that release tension and stress through the back, shoulders, neck and arms, and beginning strengthening movements. We move the spine in four of the six directions it's designed to move in.
The Fire Series (1 & 2) ~ Free The Hips & Strengthening Postures and movements to develop core strength, upper and lower body strength. Standing postures are introduced to develop strength, flexibility, and balance. Continuing with postures to open and bring more mobility to the hips and legs.
The Air Series ~ Free The Spine Using the wall as a prop, we will focus on the spine's six directional movements and introduce beginning supported wall inversions.
The Space Series ~ Free the Hips & Restorative This series also is at the wall and will focus again on the hips to release tensions and stress in this area. The space element brings a great inner expansion and deep restoration of body, mind, and spirit.
All sessions will include instruction in yoga nidra (guided deep relaxation), breathing practices, concentration practices, meditation, yoga lifestyle and philosophy.
